Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Staffing: Managing full-cycle recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Employee Relations: Resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and improving employee engagement.
- Payroll & Benefits: Processing payroll, managing compensation, and administering benefits.
- Compliance & Administration: Maintaining employee records, updating policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Performance Management: Assisting with employee evaluations and disciplinary actions.
Job Requirements
- Min Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR, with knowledge of labor regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and QuickHR software
