Job Responsibilities:
Review new joiner applications and ensure all documentation is complete before processingMaintain and update employees’ personal information in theHR systemMonitor staff confirmations and send timely remindersPrepare HR-related letters (e.g.,Confirmation, Resignation Acceptance, Transfer, Promotion)Ensure smooth transition of HR information to relevant departments (Training & Operations)Compile monthly reports from HR databasesRespond to employee queries and provide guidance on HR operationsAssist in day-to-day HR operations and anyad-hoc tasksassigned by your superior Job Requirements:
