Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Contract: 1-year contract (with potential for conversion)
Roles and Responsibilities - Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitive compensation structures.
- Stay updated on government policies and leverage relevant programs to optimize workforce mobility and talent attraction.
- Manage the annual manpower planning and budgeting process across business units.
- Maintain dashboards using HRIS tools (e.g., Workday) and generate reports to track key performance indicators.
- Oversee end-to-end global mobility processes, including international transfers, visa/work permit coordination, and relocation logistics. Partner with external vendors (relocation agencies, immigration advisors) to ensure smooth employee transitions.
