Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management
• Support HR operations, payroll coordination, and attendance systems
• Handle employee relations and maintain HR documentation
• Contribute to HR policies, performance management, and engagement activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 3–5 years of HR experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software preferred
