About the job HR Executive (Generalist | Expo MRT | $4500 | Contract)
Responsibilities
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from drafting job descriptions and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and administering employment contracts.
Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate a smooth transition for new hires (onboarding) and manage all administrative procedures, including exit interviews and clearance (offboarding).
Work Pass Management: Handle applications, renewals, and cancellations for various work passes (e.g., Employment Pass, S Pass) in strict compliance with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) requirements.
Compensation and Benefits (C&B) Administration: Oversee the administration of employee benefits (e.g., health insurance, leave) and provide essential payroll inputs, including statutory contributions like the Central Provident Fund (CPF).
