Position Overview
Responsibilities - Recruitment Support: Assist in posting jobs, screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate new hire paperwork, orientation and exit procedures.
- Employee Records Management.
- Payroll and Attendance Assistance: Support time tracking, leave records and payroll inputs.
- Policy Administration: Inform employees about HR policies and procedures.
- Employee Support: Basic queries, documents and day-to-day HR tasks.
- HR Reporting: Preparing reports related to headcount, turnover, leave etc.
- Compliance Report: Helps maintain adherence to labor laws and internal procedures.
Requirements Graduate or MBA in HR with 3 to 5 years experience.
