BG Global is recruiting for a leading chemical solutions provider based in Dubai, UAE. Our client is seeking an experienced HR Executive to support and manage core human resource functions, including payroll processing, visa and employee lifecycle management, learning & development, and training coordination. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process monthly payroll with accuracy and compliance.
- Handle visa documentation – new, renewal, cancellation, medical, and Emirates ID.
- Support onboarding & offboarding processes.
- Coordinate training and employee development programs.
- Maintain HR records, reports, and HRIS.
- Assist in team management and HR operations.
