Job Purpose: The HR Associate is responsible for providing comprehensive Human Resources support across all HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Employee Relations, HR Operations, Payroll Coordination, HRMS Administration, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Compliance, and HR Reporting.

The role will work closely with the Group Head of HR to ensure smooth HR operations across the organization while maintaining compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, and best HR practices.
