Position Overview
Responsibilities - Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily office operations.
- Assist with recruitment, training, staff dormitory matters, and staff leave administration.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist in work pass applications, renewals, and related procedures for workers.
- Maintain timely updates of employee records, ensure proper filing systems, and support overall office administration.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
