• HR & Admin activities- Managing daily HR operations and administrative support functions.
• Onboarding & documentation- Handling employee joining formalities and maintaining records.
• Attendance, payroll & reports- Monitoring attendance, processing salaries, and preparing HR reports.
• Employee engagement & training- Organizing activities and training programs to improve employee development and morale.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in HR/Admin
• Good communication in Gujrati, English, Hindi
• MS Excel & MS Word skills
