Position Overview
Our client is looking for a dynamic HR Executive who will primarily focus on recruitment and coordination for our retail FMCG operations. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in hiring processes and capable of managing multiple positions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and follow-ups)
- Coordinate with store managers and internal teams for hiring requirements
- Maintain and track candidate pipelines
- Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of new employees
- Manage daily HR coordination and employee queries
- Support attendance and basic payroll processes (good to have)
Key Requirements
- 2–3 years of HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment
