What you will do:
Support HR Senior Management in preparing, structuring, and refining targeted HR communications for different internal audiences (e.g., HR community, leaders, employees) Summarize and translate HR strategies, initiatives, and outcomes into clear, concise, and engaging communication formats. Prepare and maintain HR-related content for internal platforms , in particular CoLab , ensuring information is up‑to‑date, easy to understand, and aligned with Lonza messaging, including review and approval by Group Internal Communications.
