Responsibilities
- Supporting office activities that must be managed locally, such as liaising with external authorities, employee documentation and other ad hoc local requirements.
- Managing medical insurance enrolment / deletion and supporting employees with insurance related queries.
- On Boarding process: legal documents management, uploading of New Hires' information in SuccessFactors, contract management, assisting with legal mandatory processes (AFIP), and collaborating in On Boarding weekly sessions.
- Creation of employment certification letters.
- Daily assistance with employee queries / ticket resolution.
- Auditing employees' certificates in case of absence or leaves.
