Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
- Conduct employee engagement activities, surveys, and feedback sessions.
- Build strong rapport with employees across functions to maintain open communication.
Grievance Handling & Conflict Resolution
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints in a timely and objective manner.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all grievance and disciplinary cases.
- Advise managers on fair treatment and conflict management best practices.
Labor Law Compliance
- Ensure adherence to applicable labor laws (Factories Act, ID Act, Shops & Establishments, etc.).
- Monitor statutory compliances including working hours, overtime, holidays, etc.
- Liaise with external agencies and labor inspectors during audits or inspections.
