HR Director, South East Asia
Key responsibilities:
Be a strategic business partner to the Regional GM and the Country GMs in South East Asia to develop and align people strategies with the overall business goals of the region; driving results, growth and increasing organizational effectivenessPartner with leadership in the sourcing of talents to build out organizational capability and stronger talent bench strengthDrive change management initiatives in supporting the evolving needs of the businessSupport and coach leaders to drive employee engagement and a culture of inclusion and wellbeingImplement annual HR programs such as performance management, compensation planning, market benchmarking, talent identification, development, and succession planningThrough the use of data analysis, be able to generate insights and recommend solutions to improve performance
