Position Overview
Description We are looking for an experienced HR Director to shape and lead a people strategy that supports business priorities across domestic and international operations. This role will work closely with senior leadership to strengthen organizational effectiveness, guide workforce planning, and build programs that enhance employee experience and business performance. Based in New Windsor, New York, this position requires a strategic leader who can balance high-level planning with strong operational oversight across core human resources functions.
