Position Overview

Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a multinational medical devices company with strong presence in manufacturing. Our respected client is seeking for an HR Director who will lead the full spectrum of human resources strategy and operations for the organization and partner with executive leadership to build a high-performance culture, attract and retain top scientific and commercial talent, and support organizational growth.
