Strategic & Business Partnership:
Act as a key business partner to the GM, deeply participating in business strategic planning. Translate the company's mid-to-long-term business objectives (e.g., market expansion, product innovation, profit growth) into concrete human resources strategies and annual plans..Provide professional advice and actionable solutions to the leadership team on key decisions regarding organizational structure, talent strategy, leadership development etc.Organization & Talent Development:
