Key Responsibilities Act as full function HR role (leading a HR team) with strategic and tactical interventions which support company in achieving global business goals. Work as executive management team (global), supervise and lead HR team, establishing a framework for international employment contracts and advises company about relevant problems. Provide strategic and functional HR Management support to C level, business, and function leaders for the achievement of the overall firm business objectives.
