The HR Director Aquaculture (HRD AQ) is the senior HR leader for the Aquaculture business line. The role acts as a strategic business partner to the COO Aquaculture, ensuring the people, organization, and leadership agenda enables innovation-driven growth and operational excellence across the global Aquaculture organization.

Job Description: The HRD AQ leads and coordinates all HR Directors and HR Business Partners across Aquaculture business units and OpCos, creating alignment, consistency, and delivery against Nutreco’s HR strategy while allowing for local execution in a matrix environment. The role is a member of the HR Leadership Team (HRLT).
