This is a key HR role within the International People team, responsible for building deep‑seeded relationships with our APJ business leaders, and within the global HRBP and People teams.
The primary focus of the HR Business Partnering will be on supporting Singapore, Australia and Japan GTM teams, alongside our HR Director for India.
The preferred location is Singapore or Japan in order to be able to join International team meetings with EMEA and US colleagues.
This individual will cement our best‑in‑class approach to people management, driving forward our strategic people agenda. Requiring deep‑seeded technical expertise in these countries, this role covers the full HRBP remit; the successful candidate will be comfortable in managing all employee relations and legislative issues across Australia, Singapore, India and Japan.
