Position Overview
- Develop and ensure real time HR dashboards through power BI in a systematic and standardised manner
- Coordinate with all location (Plants, Divisions and Corporate) and HR verticals for DDC data, digitilization and HR automation requirements
- Consolidate, Monitor and drive HR metrics and analytics towards enabling data based decision making MIS reports, Presentations,
- Managing Schedules & Communication, coordinate for meetings and track minutes of meetings related to HR DDC
- HR - IT enablement and digitializaton in sync with DDC requirement. Actively involve in various HR projects and other HR areas of work as assigned
- Organise periodical reviews and ensure MIS in a timely manner
