Job Purpose

The HR Governance & Compliance team at Emirates is responsible for ensuring that the HR organization operates in accordance with best practices and complies with all relevant laws and regulations. By collaborating with all HR teams and other internal stakeholders to develop and implement governance and compliance policies and procedures, and by monitoring and auditing HR processes to ensure compliance.

As a HR Data Retention Specialist, your role will be to support the Governance & Compliance practices of the People Experience team and one HR by leveraging industry best practice.
