Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate/Degree in Administration or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Excellent interpersonal and able to communicate with all levels.
Responsible and reliable, able to work independently, committed and meet deadlines.
Knowledge in human resources management and internal control policy and procedure.
Computer literate and familiar in Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Words, Outlook.
Ability to start work with short notice will be an advantage.
Job Responsibility
To implement policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the integrated management system.
To oversee, manage control human resources and administration for the company.
Responsible in arranging for HP application, Insurance,and road tax for machineries, lorries and motor vehicles.
