Position Overview
Our client is a Marine and Offshore Industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a HR cum Admin Assistant to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm
- Location: Penjuru Lane
- Transportation Provided (Bishan/ Serangoon/ Choa Chu Kang/ Jurong East)
Responsibilities - Provide administrative support to HR Operations.
- Support office administration, including ordering office and pantry supplies.
- Arrange and book flight tickets and hotel accommodations for internal teams during overseas travel.
- Welcome and assist visitors and walk-in guests.
- Maintain cleanliness of reception and common areas.
- Manage visitor records, deliveries, and incoming mails.
Requirements - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
