Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a
HR cum Admin Assistant
to be part of their Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the
West
- easily accessible. Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm Location: Penjuru Lane Transportation Provided (Bishan/ Serangoon/ Choa Chu Kang/ Jurong East) Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to HR Operations. Support
office administration, including ordering office and pantry supplies. Arrange and
book flight tickets and hotel accommodations for internal teams during overseas travel. Welcome and assist visitors and walk-in guests. Maintain cleanliness of reception and common areas. Manage visitor records, deliveries, and incoming mails.
