- Manage HR and administrative tasks to support smooth office operations
- Perform general office administration and complete assigned duties efficiently
- Verify vendor invoices with designers and ensure timely payments to vendors
- Arrange GIRO payments for staff salaries, claims, and commissions to ensure payroll accuracy
- Conduct bank reconciliations and prepare cash flow reports to monitor financial health
