Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support daily human resources operations. This role will assist with employee onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS updates, recruitment coordination, and general HR support. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including background checks and new hire paperwork.
• Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries.
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
