Description We are looking for an organized HR Coordinator to provide short-term contract support for a digital health company in San Francisco, California. This role will help maintain day-to-day HR operations in a remote-first environment, with a focus on documentation, coordination, and administrative follow-through. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, comfort working across digital tools, and the ability to keep processes moving efficiently during a contract coverage period.
Responsibilities:
• Manage HR-related documents by revising files, improving templates, and preparing materials for electronic signature workflows.
• Support contract and form administration through DocuSign, including updating details and distributing completed documents to the appropriate parties.
