**Job Summary**
The HR Coordinator – Onboarding is responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition from offer acceptance to arrival and joining. This role coordinates visa processing, documentation, travel, and accommodation while maintaining effective communication with candidates, HR, and external agencies.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Coordinate onboarding activities from offer acceptance to joining
+ Follow up on candidate documentation (passport, certificates, attestation, etc.)
+ Track visa processing status and ensure timely issuance
+ Coordinate travel arrangements including flight bookings and arrival schedules
+ Arrange accommodation and ensure readiness prior to employee arrival
+ Maintain onboarding trackers and ensure data accuracy (visa, arrival, joining status)
