Position Overview
Description We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join an Equity & Inclusion team on a contract basis. This position supports member-facing programs and day-to-day coordination for sensitive workplace matters, while helping keep operations organized, responsive, and compliant. The role is well suited to someone who communicates with empathy, handles confidential information with care, and can balance administrative detail with strong service-oriented support.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the intake, documentation, and follow-up process for complaints involving discrimination and harassment, ensuring accuracy and professionalism throughout each case.
• Maintain organized records and tracking tools for complaints, metrics, and status updates, and prepare routine reports for department use.
• Coordinate logistics and administrative support for Equity & Inclusion initiatives, including meetings, events, committee activities, and special projects.
