Description We are looking for an organized HR Coordinator to provide day-to-day support for human resources operations. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who can manage employee-facing administrative tasks with accuracy, professionalism, and strong attention to detail. The role will support core HR processes including onboarding, records administration, compliance tracking, and coordination of screening activities.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including document collection, orientation scheduling, and completion of required employment paperwork.
• Maintain accurate employee records within HR systems and ensure personnel documentation is updated, organized, and easily accessible.
