The role
At AlphaSights, our people are our greatest asset and integral to the service we provide. As a Coordinator in our EMEA Human Resources team, you will play a key role in the operational running of our HR processes and policies to support our 600+ employee base spanning London, Hamburg, Dubai, and Portugal. You will support key aspects of the day-to-day employee lifecycle, focusing on execution excellence and ensuring that HR processes, systems, and workflows run seamlessly.
This role offers the opportunity to build a strong foundation in HR operations while developing the skills and exposure required for continued growth and progression within our HR function.
