Description We are looking for an organized HR Coordinator to support day-to-day human resources operations. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys managing onboarding tasks, maintaining accurate employee records, and helping ensure compliance across HR processes. The role is fully onsite and offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment while strengthening core human resources coordination skills.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct virtual Form I-9 verification activities independently and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate employment screening processes and track results to support hiring workflows.
• Update and manage HRIS records, personnel files, and employee documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
