Description
We are looking for an HR Coordinator to support daily human resources operations for a contract position based onsite in DeQuincy, Louisiana. This role is well suited to a detail-oriented candidate with 3-5 years of HR experience who can manage employee documentation, coordinate hiring support activities, and help maintain accurate personnel records. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, attention to compliance standards, and the ability to work effectively in a Monday-Friday onsite environment.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing employment paperwork and tracking pre-employment requirements.
• Support background screening processes and follow up on required documentation to help keep hiring timelines on schedule.
