Description We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support day-to-day human resources operations for a non-profit organization in Vermont. This Long-term Contract opportunity is well suited for someone with strong administrative experience and a foundation in core HR support activities. The person in this role will help keep employee information organized, assist with recruitment and onboarding tasks, and provide responsive support related to benefits and HR inquiries.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate new employee setup by preparing onboarding materials, scheduling orientation activities, and collecting required employment documents.
