The Human Resource Coordinator, reporting directly to the Executive Director, is the link between Conayt Friendship Society’s management and its employees. The Human Resource Coordinators workspans from providing consultation on strategic planning with the Executive Director and department managers to recruiting, interviewing and hiring new staff; supporting, coaching and mentoringmanagers and supervisors with human resource related matters including interpretation and administration of HR policy and procedures; employee appraisal and discipline; and employee developmentand improvement plans. The Human Resource Coordinator administers the Employee Group Benefit and Registered Pension plan; completes employee onboarding; and prepares and updates Human Resourcepolicies and procedures for management review and approval.
