Robert Half is partnering with a respected local nonprofit organization to identify an organized and people-focused HR Coordinator. This role offers the opportunity to support a mission-driven team while gaining hands-on experience across core human resources functions in a collaborative environment.
The HR Coordinator will support daily HR operations, employee onboarding, compliance, and administrative processes. This position works closely with HR leadership to ensure a smooth employee experience while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and alignment with nonprofit policies and regulations.
