Position Overview
The HR Consultant role is responsible for designing, drafting and maintaining enterprise HR policies that align with evolving laws and regulatory requirements. This role ensures organizational compliance by monitoring legislative changes, conducting impact analyses, and translating requirements into clear, actionable HR policies and practices.
In addition, the HR Consultant develops standardized tools and resources to enable consistent interpretation and application of policies across the organization. By partnering with market HR consultants and cross-functional stakeholders, the role drives alignment, mitigates risk, and enhances operational efficiency while supporting a cohesive and compliant employee experience across the enterprise.
