The individual in this role may be involved in: recruitment, labor or employee relations, change management, training, compensation, learning and development, payroll administration or any other area of human resources.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supports the department’s goals by: ensuring employee’s HR needs are met, compensation and job descriptions are consistent and compliant,supports recruiting and new hire onboarding process, supports performance appraisal processes, works with HR Manager to hone employee relations skills, supports management and employee training initiatives, policy rollout, etc.
