The HR Compliance Manager is responsible for the leadership, oversight and management of all regulatory and compliance processes within Human Resources, and ensures adherence to Human Resources regulatory requirements, maintaining and updating HR policies and processes, and offering expert consultation on compliance-related matters.
Prepares for, owns and leads the HR response to regulatory visits, including collaboration with leaders and employees across the organization.
Exemplifies the Client mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with Client policies and procedures.
