Position Overview
**Description**
The Compliance personnel is responsible for ensuring that the organization's HR practices, policies, and processes comply with applicable labour laws, regulations, and organizational standards. This role involves monitoring compliance, mitigating risks, and fostering a culture of ethical and legal integrity within the workplace for our Mumbai and Bengaluru office.
1. Regulatory Compliance:
1. Monitor and ensure adherence to labour laws, employment regulations, and industry standards, including but not limited to Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Gratuity Act, EPF & ESI regulations, Equal Opportunity and Anti-Discrimination Laws, Shop and Establishment Act
2. Stay updated on changes in labour laws and regulations, various Govt. notifications and communicate updates to the HR team and leadership
