Work with HRBT Lead in coordinating with stakeholder and vendors to support timely rollout of HR systems initiatives and enhancement across the organization.
Help develop step-by-step documentation with clear instructions to help HR team navigate and use SAPSF (myHR) effectively and ensure that it is regularly updated to reflect system changes or enhancements.
Support effective use of SAPSF (myHR) modules, identifying opportunities for improvement and assist in configuration review.
Maintain a record of past resolved AMS Tickets and frequently encountered issues that HR team can quickly reference to find answers to similar cases.
Ensure timely processing and payment of AMS invoices in line with agreed SLAs (e.g., within 30/45 days from receipt).
Complete the scheduled User Access Reviews (Internal and External) within prescribed timelines, with proper documentation and approvals maintained.
