Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HRΒ Business Partner - Vice PresidentΒ to lead and drive end-to-end HR initiatives for a large-scale organization. This role will provide both strategic direction and hands-on support in managing the full HR lifecycle, from organizational design and talent development to compliance and employee relations. The role will support a population of over 4,000 employees and requires an experienced leader with a deep understanding of local labor practices, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and a track record of influencing change through people strategy.
