Digital, Data & AI Enablement
- Leverage HR technology, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to automate and optimise HR processes using AI and digital solutions.
- Execute HR projects across the company within specific timeframes.
- Partner with HR and business teams to embed responsible and ethical use of AI in people practices.
HR Strategic Alignment
- Lead disciplinary processes, grievance management, and dispute resolution in line with legislation and best practice.
- Represent the organisation in formal ER processes where required (e.g. hearings, conciliations, mediations).
- Participate in the provision of HR policy and procedure guidance and coaching.
