The HR Business Partner (HRBP) Foundry Operations serves as the dedicated HR partner to plant management, providing operational HR support with a strong focus on Industrial and Employee Relations.
This role works closely with line management to ensure effective workforce management, sound labour relations practices, compliance with MEIBC Main Agreement provisions, and accurate HR reporting. The HRBP acts as a trusted advisor to operational leadership while ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies within a highly unionised environment.
The position is execution-focused and plant-based, supporting day-to-day IR and shopfloor recruitment requirements aligned to business objectives.
