Job Description
As the Human Resources Business Partner, you will provide both strategic and tactical advisory to business leaders in the people and organisation development strategies to support their business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of HR services and solutions to several units within FairPrice Group.
Key Responsibilities
Partner business leaders, function heads and line managers to provide advisory on all people related agenda. Work with key stakeholders in workforce management to identify and develop plans on current and future state staffing and/or skill needs.
