Key Responsibilities - Operate at the intersection of strategic people advisory and hands‑on execution to support the venture portfolio.
- Collaborate with country and regional SCB HR teams and acknowledge local market nuances.
- Support the broader SCV HR team on platform activities, operationalizing ventures and contributing to redesign efforts.
