*Highland Hospital is seeking a Full Time Human Resources Business Partner to join our growing team. This new role has been created to provide support for our growing system. Candidates for this role would work a Monday - Friday schedule, Days.

Some duties include but are not limited to:
As a strategic partner, aligns business objectives with employees and management in designated business unit(s). In collaboration with Hospital Leadership/Administrative team, provides insight and counsel related to the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of Human Resources programs as they relate to the Hospital strategic goals.
