Position Overview
What you will be doing: Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into effective people plans and HR interventions Deliver end-to-end HR generalist support across the full employee lifecycle Act as a trusted advisor on talent management, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement Facilitate performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, calibration, and employee discussions Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning sessions Manage employee relations matters including misconduct, grievances, incapacity, and workplace conflict Provide guidance on South African labour legislation and HR policies Draft and deliver clear HR communications to employees and leadership Support organisational change initiatives such as restructuring and onboarding Build strong stakeholder relationships across all levels of the organisation Analyse people data (headcount, turnover, performance, EE) to inform decision-making Operate p...
